Orders Policy
Where is my order? Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You should also receive a tracking link in the email, so please check this for any delivery updates. The tracking is dependent on the shipping service used for your order. Can I cancel my order? Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process. What delivery options do you offer?

- Europe Standard Delivery (3-6 Working Days) – £5.00
- Europe Tracked Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – £15.00
- Rest of World Standard Delivery (5-8 Working Days) – £5.00

*While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions; customs delays; local

How does your UK standard delivery service work? If you order with us before pm Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.
Can I track the status of my order? If your selected postal service provides order tracking, this can be found with your order confirmation.
What happens if nobody’s in when my order is delivered? Our couriers will make attempts to deliver your parcel or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect. It might not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times; however, we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. If our couriers have attempted to deliver your parcel and failed, this will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded. If you’re an international customer and no one is home during delivery then your parcel may also be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or alternatively, with your local post office.
Will my parcel be charged additional customs and import charges? Customs and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as they vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Customs or import charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.
Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box address? Yes, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box address.

Why can’t I find an item that I’ve seen advertised? We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please feel free to email us for more information.
How can I find out if you’ll be getting in more stock of a product I want? Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your favourite items are available again. We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all our sold out products.

Returns & Refund Policy
Items purchased through this website can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it usually takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full standard postage cost once your return is processed.
For returned unopened and unwanted goods, you will receive a refund less the postage costs. Return postage will be at your own expense. To guarantee that your returned item(s) reach us please use signed for mail services, as we can only process a refund for products that we receive undamaged by postal services.
